Product development is the lifeblood for the continuity and growth of every business. Meneba therefore makes structural investments in this area. The R&D and Technical Sales Service departments have laboratories fitted with the very latest equipment, a test bakery and a highly trained team of employees. In cooperation with commercial specialists, customers and experts from research institutes, they work daily on creating new and improved products.
Generic and tailor made
Meneba develops both generic and tailor made products. Tailor made products are naturally developed in close cooperation with the customer (co-design). The focus in new developments is on innovative or improved functionality, flavours, cost price reduction and authentic concepts.
The starting point is always methods that have proven their value in practice. There is no point having a brilliant idea, if it's not practical!
